Personal Description: I'm currently a final year student, studying towards a BA in English Literature at the University of Sheffield. I am completing a folder of creative writing of 10, 000 words, run creative writing workshops and have had several of my short stories published in anthologies and online. I also edit a website, and have had several articles published in national newspapers. I am planning on doing an MA in Journalism on completing my undergraduate course.

Teaching Experience: I run creative writing workshops, and I work as a mentor for first year students at my university. I also help to integrate international students.

Teaching Approach: I would set a reading task of a poem or a novel, and also would set reading from a reference book on creative writing. We would then look at the authors approach and look at their writing from the approach of a writer. Then we would complete some writing tasks, which would then be developed in later classes.

Qualifications:

• BA English Literature expected grade 2:1
• A-Levels in English Literature, English Language, Sociology grade A
• GCSE'S English, Maths, Science, Drama, History, Spanish, Dance, I.C.T, Business Studies. Grades A/B.
• Work experience in teaching
